Ordering process
Avant toute chose, vous devez vous assurer d’avoir ou de pouvoir faire une photo
de très bonne qualité de votre animal au moyen d’un appareil photo si possible
ou d'un smartphone disposant d'une très bonne définition d'image.
La photo doit être nette et réalisée dans de bonnes conditions d’éclairage
(à l’extérieur ou près d’une fenêtre)
afin que je puisse restituer au mieux les couleurs et les détails de votre animal
(l’aspect du poil, les marques sur le nez, les reflets dans les yeux).
La photo doit être prise d’assez près, en vous mettant au même niveau
que les yeux de votre animal.
Send me one or more good quality digital photos of your animal to the email address heuguetpeintre@gmail.com so that we can choose together the one that will look best.
Photos must be of the best possible quality so that I can reproduce the colors and details that make your pet beautiful.
Tip: Get down to your pet's height to take a photo.
Once we have defined together which photo will be used, I will direct you to the order form to complete and send to me. A 50% deposit will be requested.
From the date of signing this agreement, you will have 14 days to withdraw if you wish. In this case, your deposit will be returned to you.
Beyond these 14 days, if you withdraw, the deposit will not be returned.
I will let you know the deadline for completion and then I can start the painting of your animal.
When the painting is finished, I will let you know and you will tell me if it suits you.
Together we set an appointment so that I can give it to you against the balance to be paid.
For shipping, you will be charged an additional fee for packaging and shipping in addition to the balance. Once the balance is received, I will be able to ship your painting to you.
